The Village of Ashley has a tax rate of 1%. Our Tax Administrator is RITA (Regional Income Tax Authority) Interest rate = The Federal Short Term rate rounded to the nearest whole plus 5%. Questions, please contact the Municipal office or RITA directly.

Free Taxpayer Assistance is provided for all taxpayers who are required to file a municipal income tax return for and RITA municipality. No appointment necessary, assistance is on a first come, first served basis and wait times may vary. Visit the Taxpayer Assistance section for special announcements on extended hours, weekend hours or alternate filing locations as the tax filing season approaches.
